How to Complete the Channel Partner Commission Form

Intended Audience: Channel Partners

The following steps will show you how to complete the channel partner commission form.

 

 

Requirements

  • Access to Partner Central
  • Bank Routing and Account Information
 

 

  1. Log in to Partner Central.
  2. Click on the Sales Hub tab at the top.
  3. Scroll to the section above the Product Datasheets and select Channel Partner Commission Form.
  4. Enter the following information:
    1. Name
    2. Company Name
    3. Select Bank Account Type
    4. Select if Personal or Business Account
    5. Bank Name
    6. Bank City/State
    7. Account Number
    8. Routing Number
    9. Voided Check and W9: If you do not have checks for this account, you can upload a screenshot from your bank showing your routing and account number OR a direct deposit form provided by your bank. 
  5. Read and agree to the terms.
  6. Sign and Date
  7. Click Submit.
  8. You have now completed the form and the finance department will send your commissions electronically. Typical processing time is 7 business days.
